Our human specie can persist within the status quo (the quagmire we are stuck in); but, by all accounts, billions will perish this century. The catastrophic effects have already begun. What is more peculiar, North America is the most vulnerable. If we do nothing, earth will benefit from our withering numbers and have a chance to replenish itself from over a century of mindless plunder. Nature will win.
The Blip is not a didactic film for environmentalists--it is for every man, woman and child, delivered "up close and personal". You do not have to buckle your seat belts--it is a story of progress and hope. The world does not need one more shrill, fear mongering documentary with no solutions.
