The key deliverables include the production of the DECADE guide, the DECADE Map, all event signage and memorabilia, and ad production for various media including interactive.

 

The task includes all production stages up to press or digital file transfer. Estimating and procurement of suppliers is also a key skill including negotiations and contracting. The perfect candidate will have excellent hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark XPress, and, print production including imposition, digital files and transfers and press-proofing. Recruitment of a Junior Graphic Assistant will also be the your task. Organization, creativity and ingenuity are indispensible--speed and accuracy no less.

This position requires continuous, accurate and speedy research of corporations, organizations and their leaders, here in North America and abroad using the internet and other resources. You are also required to key-in accurate data in our databases; as such you must have an excellent track record working with databases such as MySQL or equivalent (tables or Excel count as experience). It is also a near zero emission opportunity since you can work from home.
